BIOGRAFI
Sedan 2012 driver jag min egen studio där jag jobbar i gränslandet mellan konst, hantverk och design. I studion skapas skulpturala verk, objekt och bruksföremål. Jag arbetar med metall, stengodslera, trä och sten. Vissa skulpturer tillverkas som offentlig konst, andra som enstycksobjekt och några görs i en mindre upplaga. Med mina skulpturer, som jag ser som näst intill levande varelser, vill jag till betraktaren förmedla en känsla av kärlek, innanförskap och tyst samhörighet. Jag ser figurerna som ett hemligt folk, som i smyg befolkar världen, ett parallellt universum, mitt ibland oss. Jag vill att dessa möten med en främmande varelse, från en okänd värld ska vara fulla av godhet. Med mina skulpturer vill jag förmedla små berättelser, sprida glädje, locka fram oväntade leenden, överraska, väcka liv i barnet inom oss. Jag vill med min konst skapa ögonblick av humor, förundran, sprida en smula magi och öppna en portal till..något annat.
